Does Fieldwork bulk bill medicare care plans?

Unfortunately we don’t. Our Physiotherapists Matt and Lauren accept clients who are on medicare care plans referred by your GP, however require you to pay the gap between our clinic pricing and the rebate from Medicare. We have selected treating times for medicare care plans between 9am and 4pm.

Common injuries we see are:

• Neck and Back Pain

• Shoulder Pain

• Chronic Pain

• Type 2 Diabetes

What do I do when I have a care plan?

A care plan is given to you by your Doctor.  It allows for 5 medicare funded sessions with health practitioners for long term illnesses.  To book your session, just call our friendly front desk team to book with Lauren or Adam for an initial consultation.

What should I bring to my appointment:

• Doctor Referral

• Medicare Care Plan

• Medicare Card

• Bank card

How do I claim my medicare rebate from my appointment?

Bring your medicare card!

At the end of your appointment you will be asked to pay the medicare rebate.  Then your medicare card is swiped, all your referral details entered, then we swipe your bank card (the one registered with medicare).

Medicare immediately refunds your rebate into that account. So you are not out of pocket.

If you do not have a bank card linked with medicare, we can provide you with the reciept to claim back through medicare.
