To book a consultation, please follow the guidelines below:

• New Patients: If you're a new patient, please book an Initial New Patient Consult for either Physiotherapy or Remedial Massage. If you have a complex case or 2 areas you would like to review, please book a Complex Initial or 2 Areas for Assessment 60 Minute Consultation.

• EPC, DVA, NDIS, or ICWA Appointments: If you're seeking an appointment under EPC, DVA, NDIS, or ICWA, simply book your desired consultation and include relevant details in the appointment notes. We will follow up with a call to confirm.

• Pregnancy Massage: For pregnancy massage, please select Option 6 during the booking process.

  Alternatively, you can call us at 08 6468 6825 to book your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours by phone or email at info@fieldworkhealth.com.au. Our friendly reception staff is available during our front-of-house hours to assist you. We look forward to assisting you!
