This is totally dependent on your goals, there is no one size fits all approach, however here is a little guide developed in collaboration by our massage clients and our Remedial Massage team.
Is it a mark or a bruise?
The pressure difference between the skin surface and the underlying blood vessels produced by the cupping increases the amount of blood flow to the area and can give the appearance of a bruise however, there is no tissue damage to the area.
