How can I help you?
Hi I'm Ayden,
I was born in the southeast of the UK and recently moved to Perth in December 2023. Growing up, I had a keen interest in a variety of sports, focusing mainly on football (soccer) and tennis, achieving a county level in both.
Before moving to Australia, I spent two years in Canada, living and working in ski communities, which fueled my passion for skiing both socially and professionally. When i'm not on the slopes, I enjoy running and completed my first marathon in 2021. More recently, I’ve embarked on the Brazilian jiu-jitsu journey which is my main focus currently and if you can’t find me there I’ll be working on strength and conditioning in the gym to help build my resilience for the sport.
My love for sports led me to complete my Bachelor's in Physiotherapy at Leicester University in the UK, where I graduated with First Class Honours in 2018. Since then, I have worked as a Senior Physiotherapist within the NHS and private practice, treating a wide variety of clients.
I enjoy working with active individuals who are participate in all levels of exercise and sport. My experience is working with both recreational and elite athletes in running, endurance sports, soccer, rugby, footy. More recently, I've began exploring the performance and management of combat sports athletes as this is a personal interest of mine.
